General Information

All orders will be shipped 2-3 days after payment has been received, once shipped we provide customer with FedEx tracking numbers.

Shipping

Free shipping only with the purchase of wheel and tire packages. Exclusive Tires ships through FedEx ground. Exclusive Tires cannot be liable for any damages incurred during transit, all claims should be made to shipping carrier and immediately upon receipt of the products, Please report any damages within 24 hours of receipt to Exclusive Tires. We also ship to any country, for international shipment, please call before ordering. Free shipping is only available to customers within the 48 continental states, and packages would be shipped via ground. Overnight shipping is only available for the states of california and arizona.

Shipping to military bases (APO) and P.O Boxes is not included in the "free shipping" promo, please contact us for shipping rate.

Warranties

All Products sold by Exclusive Tires is solely warranted by its manufacturer, Exclusive Tires will not be liable for any claim denials. We will gladly assist in any warranty claim. Customer is responsible for shipping in any warranty claims.

Returns/Exchanges

Any wheel or tire that has been driven on cannot be returned. Tires/Wheels can only be exchanged. No Exceptions! If a return has to be made, there will be a 25% restocking fee, same restocking fee applies to shipment's that are refused. If a return is made for wheel and tire packages, Customer will be assessed an $120 charge per set of wheels/tires dismounted. If exchanging wheel and tire packages customer would be assessed $120 for dismount and mount per set of wheel and tire packages. In the case we sent out wrong fitment. Wheels, or tires we will be responsible for all shipping charges, or we can give refund.

Cancelled Orders

Any cancelled orders will be charged 25% restocking fee, and customer would be assessed a $120 mounting fee for wheel and tire packages.

Special orders

Special orders cannot be cancelled, in the situation where a special order is cancelled, customer will lose deposit.

Pricing Error

In the case of any pricing error in our website, Exclusive Tires has the right to refuse/cancel the transaction, and will refund any transactions made.
